- How accurate are the colors on the screen to the color of the item I will receive? Keep in mind that every computer or mobile screen may interpret colors differently. So, the color you see on your screen may not be an exact match to the item you receive.
- What if I don't see the saying I like on the item I'm interested in? Please contact us via contact@shop26letters.com and let us know what saying/artwork you're interested in and on which product. If it's possible for us to create it, we would be happy to add the product for you!
- What if I need to place a bulk order? If you're needing to order a large quantity of items for an event or gathering, please email us at contact@shop26letters.com with more information on the items and quantities you're needing and we'll respond via email.
- Do you work with authors to create branded items for them to sell? Absolutely! We're all about supporting authors and helping to create custom items for them to further their brand. Please contact us at contact@shop26letters.com with your information and we can work together to create your custom products.
- I need to return an item. What do I do? Please visit our Return Policy page for more information.
- How long does it take to receive my item? Most of our products are custom laser engraved or printed in-house based on your custom choices. This takes a few days to create and ship. You should expect approx. 7-10 working days.
