Orders placed on the shop26letters.com site can be shipped to the continental U.S., Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories.

Many of our products are custom made to your specifics and require a few days of production. Please allow 7-10 days to receive your order; excluding weekends and/or holidays.

Please note that FedEx orders cannot be shipped to a P.O. box or APO/FPO address.

Transit Times

Our transit times are based on USPS and UPS posted delivery days and we cannot guarantee receipt of your order in the stated number of days if there are carrier issues, inclement weather or other factors out of our control.

All orders placed on Facebook or Instagram platforms may require additional time to process. Please email customer service with questions.
